Questions, answered
Where do my screenshots go?
They stay on your device. A capture is only sent to our server when you click an AI button, it is processed, returned, and never stored.
Does the free plan expire?
No. Unlimited capturing and image export are free forever. Pro only covers the AI features and PDF export, because each AI action costs us real compute.
What counts as an AI action?
One click of Extract text, Summarize, or Tables to CSV. Pro includes 100 per month, which comfortably covers daily use. Captures and downloads never count.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Payments run through Stripe, and you can cancel from the payment page in two clicks. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Why can't it capture some pages?
Chrome blocks all extensions from capturing browser settings pages, the Chrome Web Store, and some protected sites. SnapScope tells you when a page can't be captured.
